Friends now want to join Gym but before join wanna ask Question which Circle in my mind Which biggest mistakes people make at the gym?

That,s why i want to ignore in the start mistakes i have no idea about it..

  • Lift with your legs, not your back, otherwise, there could be a serious injury. 
  •  
  • Don't try to to do too much but rather focus small and build and don't worry if you seem weak to more experienced members,
  •  
  • The technique is very important. For instance, a few exercises with the dumbbells is all you really need, though free weights and machines are available
  •  
  • Machines might not be what you need.  I feel they can possibly cause injury and don't provide the best workout, even compared to dumbbells.

Not doing warm ups and or stretches first, just going at it is really bad as you should move your body, circle your arms for a few minutes to make sure everything is warmed up.
