Even though hackers have already seen lines of code that hints a casino DLC, its a good possibility that it may be added for GTA Online or single player. As of now, these are the only hints hackers could find inside the game files... But we see what oh rockstar is going to do becasue to me they can't make up their mind what they want to do. Like the lowrider missions it's hard to find people that will stay in a session with you same as with heist. They have adjust most of the payouts and now they working on a Lowrider DLC 2. I feel that adding the casino in-game will make it more fun for players to gain some extra cash. As you said above, its all up to Rockstar when they should release the Casino DLC. Which considering GTA V online has been quite boring with no DLCS/UPDATES we have to deal with just running and gunning. But a DLC with betting/gambling would be amazing. I think the other recent DLC updates have been pretty good, I don't really see a reason to complain about them. At least they are continuing to add content to the game and improving it. If they can sort out that problem then it would be one of the greatest DLC updates ever to be honest. It would be so much fun betting our money in game.
