Computer Programming and Game Creation

What languages would give you an advantage in creating games?  Is anyone good at them?   Who has learned them to any degree at all?   Who has used programs that simplify game creation?  Do languages play any role as the creator?

I am not a programmer, therefore, I can't answer this question. However, there are no code game creation platforms like Roblox that allow you to create games.

I always wanted to learn to program games. I have learned Lua and also learning to make small games with the Unity. I may publish some of those games in near future. I guess in near future we will see how some of those games would perform good for me.
