Sea of Thieves

So, anyone interested in this game? It's basically a pirate world sandbox by Rare, which was shown off back in E3 2016. Here's a video of the game if you've forgotten:

 

 

Personally, I like the idea of the game. Seems a bit more original than your usual open world title, especially given how you have to work together as a team to do well rather than going it alone.

 

But what do you think?

Looks to be fun, though I hope they have some kind of long term plan for this game or it may be short.

This game is going to be awesome. I can't wait for it to be released.  It's evident that  A LOT of work was put into this game. I came across this video where they talk about the lighting:

 

 

 

It still doesn't have an official release date though - I wonder if they'll have it ready for release before Christmas 2017.

And this game is just coming out for Xbox right? Shame it isn't coming to others.
