JennyorAlice 6 Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Do you use your PS4 to watch movies as well or do you use it strictly for playing games? Why?
BaseballGuy 0 Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 I own most of my movies on my computer through iTunes so I don't use any of my gaming consoles to watch movies. I would rather save the power of the console for the video games rather than movies.
Allenafaith 0 Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 I'm still learning everything on the PS4. I didn't even know you could watch movies on it. I usually just use Netflix on my Roku to watch them.
Ash 26 Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 I use my PS4 sometimes to stream movies and football games
Vaughen 2 Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 I tend to use my PS4 just to play games on, and use either my PS3 or something similar to play movies on. Otherwise I just use my roku which sits next to all of these to stream movies from since I feel like having the PS4 on 24/7 will wear out the HDD and other internal components.
GamingGuy 1 Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 Why use a gaming console to watch movies? That's what dvd and blu ray movie players are for!
Fullmoon 1 Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 ^Not everyone has the storage I use Amazon Prime, YouTube & Now TV on mine. 1
