What are your fitness plans for 2022?

For me, it would definitely be jogging and dumbbells.  Well, I do like walking and mountain hiking, however, that would be side supplements.   Anyway, I'd also like to try to some free-weights if I can get back into a gym again somehow.   I don't care much for machines because a friend said the workout was a rip-off.

I have been hitting the gym 3 times every week since this year 2022. It's one of my biggest upgrade when it comes to keeping fit. 

 

If I missed my gym sessions this year, it's not going to be more than 5 times unlike last year that I barely worked out.
