How do you like to warm-up before exercise?

Do you do a video & do their warm-up? Take a brisk walk?

I have some videos on Youtube where I like their warm-ups & tend to do those. If I feel I'm not warmed up enough, I'll throw in some more moves & stretches until I feel comfortable enough to workout.

I generally stretch some before doing exercising, if it is something that would require lifting stuff. Most of the time, I warm my body up, by walking some before I start using specific muscles.

I have found post workout stretches to help me much more than any form of warmup.  Generally I don't do any form of a warmup anymore.

A little bit of joggling, stretches and jumping jacks are my warm up routine every morning whenever I'm working out. It's wrong to jump right into heavy drills without putting your body ready. It's why some people get injured when they are working out.

Once I move I might have to start walking more and it will make me feel good anyway...
