How do you like to cool-down after exercise?

Do you view videos? Put on some light music to do your stretches?

Just like for the warm-up, I have some videos I like to cool-down to. I tend to do extra stretching at the end as I find it helps prevent my muscles from tightening up.

I enjoy soaking myself in the water. It's either going to be in my bathtub or swimming pool, either of them works well for me.

I learnt from Cristiano Ronaldo to get into ice bath whenever I'm done with working out. 

 

After that, I would have a good rest watching movies or listening to songs.
