ZandraJoi 1 Posted April 29, 2022 Posted April 29, 2022 Do you view videos? Put on some light music to do your stretches? Just like for the warm-up, I have some videos I like to cool-down to. I tend to do extra stretching at the end as I find it helps prevent my muscles from tightening up.

Heatman 4 Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 I learnt from Cristiano Ronaldo to get into ice bath whenever I'm done with working out. After that, I would have a good rest watching movies or listening to songs.
