Call of Duty Modern Warfare II

What are your thoughts on Modern Warfare II from 2022? Have you played through the campaign?  Do you like the Multiplayer?  I really enjoyed this campaign and I'm glad certain characters got the character arcs that they did and that certain events in the campaign played out the way they did. It had a lot of throwbacks from the original MW2 from 2009, but this new iteration was really good, very well done.  

 

There were so many cool callbacks from other CoD titles too, including a nifty easter egg & throwback to Call of Duty: Ghosts. 

 

Did you play MWII? What did you think of it?

Yes, but it’s too expensive at current price. I bought MW1 because I loved Warzone so much and the free weekends convinced me it was worth buying for like $40ish when it was on sale. $60-$70 is a much harder sell. Especially since battlepass is a separate charge.

 

New map is fun but not anywhere near as fun as original warzone 1 map.

I enjoyed playing multiplayer when my gaming laptop wasn't broken, I would play it on a weekly basis. I always played Team Deathmatch. I wanted to get around to playing and beating the campaign, but I was just too into multiplayer to bother at the time.
