It will remain generally cloudy overnight with some outbreaks of rain or drizzle spreading in, mainly over the Peak District, where hill fog is likely to become quite extensive.

It's quite cold today and there was quite a lot of cloud cover over London today.

It will be a cold and dry night, with largely clear skies. The brisk northwesterly winds will ease, especially inland, with a widespread frost developing.

Cloud thickening with outbreaks of rain becoming more persistent from the west and locally heavier, especially over the Peak District. A brisk breeze also developing but turning milder.

It's getting a lot warmer now. I believe its somewhere around 10-12 degrees today which is quite warm.

Cloud will increase and thicken again through the overnight period, bringing a further band of mostly light rain eastwards across the region. Staying mild. Winds freshening later.

Rather cloudy at times with some brightness and local sunny spells, more especially across eastern areas. Remaining very mild but becoming increasingly windy with local gales developing. Some rain likely later in the day, mainly towards the evening period.

Windy overnight with outbreaks of occasionally heavy rain spreading east. Some drier, clearer spells will develop from the west later in the night, but it will still feel cold in the strong winds.

Any residual showers will soon die out this evening, and with some lengthy clear spells and winds falling light, a frost will develop by morning.

It was really cold today. I believe it's around 3 or 4 degrees at the moment which is slightly warmer than it was before.

Scattered wintry showers will continue to feed across western parts, with snow over the Peak District, but another dry day in the east with sunny spells. Feeling colder than Friday as winds strengthen.
